SMS Terms of Service

Lux Consultants LLC ("we", "us") operates the LUX Lease SMS program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us related to your auto lease inquiry, including pricing quotes, vehicle availability, appointment scheduling, and replies to your questions. Messages are sent on a one-to-one conversational basis with your assigned consultant.

You can opt in by submitting the form at /sms-opt-in, by texting us first from your mobile phone, or by providing written consent in person at our Brooklyn office. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with your consultant. You should expect messages only when you have an active inquiry, an upcoming appointment, or have asked us a question.

Message and data rates may apply. Lux Consultants LLC does not charge for SMS; standard carrier rates from your wireless provider apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
